Was the Iraq war a "Nuremberg" crime?

"Benjamin B. Ferencz was one of the chief prosecutors for the United States at the military trials of German officials following World War II, and a former law professor. In an interview given on August 25, 2006, Ferencz stated that not only Saddam Hussein should be tried, but also George W. Bush because the Iraq War had been begun by the U.S. without permission by the UN Security Council.[54] Benjamin B. Ferencz wrote the foreword for Michael Haas's book, George W. Bush, War Criminal?: The Bush Administration's Liability for 269 War Crimes.[55] Ferencz elaborated as follows:
a prima facie case can be made that the United States is guilty of the supreme crime against humanity, that being an illegal war of aggression against a sovereign nation.[56]"

And Libya? And Syria?

It certainly looked a crime of Nuremburg proportions. Bush Snr and those behind him in the CFR and PTB should be charged but won't be.

JD says:

The answer to your question is yes. And yes to Libya ("we came, we saw, he died!") and yes to Syria where the stated aim is the removal of the head of state of a sovereign nation.

The USA is, and always has been engaged in Naqoyqatsi - a word from the Hopi language which roughly translates as "war as a way of life" or "a life of killing each other," it is a sanctioned aggression against the force of life itself.

As Alan Watts points out, the USA has "a culture which is basically crazy and is dedicated to the destruction of life."

It is and always has been the essence of the 'American dream' - anything which impedes realisation of that dream anywhere in the world is ruthlessly eliminated-

You could also add these links which I have just been reading-

http://thesaker.is/every-country-has-its-history-except-america-that-has-a-criminal-record-sitrep-by-scott/

That link has a reference to this book-

Some of the reviews of the book are more disturbing than the book itself in that they analyse it by reference to legal justification of and limits to war rather than the human consequences of war - in other words, their logic overrules their humanity.

As near as I can tell without checking all of the details, the US has been at war somewhere since its inception.
