Taxation is inflationary, not deflationary
I've often wondered whether that's the case - now the Mogambo Guru says so. If taxes cut our take-home income, we insist on more income to make up for it.
I wonder if people keep their relative productivity after tax, and this distorts wages upwards for highly productive people with rare skills and downwards for the more commonly found skills.
Hmmm... one to develop, I think... high taxation the foe of the poor, not the rich... do you think you could find/put together something to justify that thesis?
