Note how the car reacts when a pedestrian walks into the road. Changes the balance of power between motorist and pedestrian doesn't it? Cyclists too presumably.

ReplyDeleteYes, hats are worn in cars by the (a) old and over-cautious and (b) the young, aggressive and reckless. Should be 3 points on your licence for wearing one.
