Simon Heffer has gone mad

From today's Daily Mail:

"Most people are quite content with things the way they are."
"I am delighted Tony Blair is re-engaging with British politics."

    I can't be bothered to read the full article to see whether you quoted him wildly out of context, but yes, a superficial prognosis would be some form of delusion.
