UK the financial "black sheep"

The UK now has the worst fiscal profile of any developed country in the North Atlantic sphere.

    Tunnels do have exits at both ends, at least railway ones do.

    Unfortunately mineshafts have one entrance................and all railway lines hit the buffers eventually too.
