An interesting report this week in the International Herald Tribune about the coming boom in agricultural commodities, powered by demand from emerging economies.Meanwhile, cattle are moving off the Argentine pampas to make way for crops of soybeans and corn. The cattle are being crossbred to cope with the rougher conditions they'll face.
