Great link, AK, thank you. Clearly my title was OTT and should rather have been something like, "The believer whose faith was temporarily shaken by the discovery of pious fraud." But the link you give does seem to address the politicisation of science, openly and honestly. I do not sense that he is deceitful. What would the debate have been like without Michael Mann?
